Medical ethics is an interdisciplinary subject to discuss moral challenges in all aspects of medicine, whereas cultural and religious diversity can influence this matter. We need an applicable policy to lead us in the academic education of medical ethics that can somehow help educational development in this mention.  Accordingly, medical ethics teaching should be implemented by expert teachers who trained based on advanced quality education methods in this area. Furthermore, the experiences of each teacher play a major role in our improvement to teach ethical issues and this also has a very strong influence on curricular development. So, in our university, the medical ethics group formed formally by participating in some of the expert academic members of several disciplinary subjects from 12 years ago. This group has to mainly deal with undergraduate and postgraduate students, so that attend a lot of class and workshop. Expert academic members of this group study about different subjects which they teach or research about them. Sufficient knowledge, suitable attitude, and good practice are very important in this job, so, the members really need to cooperate with other departments to conduct research projects or providing efficient teaching materials. Moreover, some of the members have also joined the Medical Ethics council in our university, where members consider and decide about ethical dilemmas in medical education, research, and practice.  Dr. Nakhaee, the head of this group, has taught medical ethics in our university since 2000.  From 2004, Dr. Mobasher (MD, MPH, PHD)  has been joined the group which has specialized expertise in Medical Ethics research and education.  Now, she is the head of this group.
