Anatomy Sciences

Anatomy is a postgraduate degree course that is mainly the scientific study of the morphology of the human body. The mission of this field is to train graduates who can familiarize themselves with the methods and techniques of teaching and research in the field of anatomical sciences, by understanding the structural features of the human body in terms of macroscopic, microscopic and evolutionary, using microanatomy methods and molecular cells and new methods of development. This field also discovers talents and creates the necessary motivation in students to teach and research and through this provides the ground for better learning of medical sciences and contributes to the provision and improvement of society's health.
Department of Anatomical Sciences of Kerman University of medical sciences acts performs and acts based on compliance with the highest national and international education standards and conducting research based on the principles of professional ethics regarding the education and training of efficient graduates who are familiar with national and global needs.
It is expected from the graduates of PhD and Master of Anatomical Sciences courses that they can help to meet the educational needs in various educational fields related to Anatomical Sciences. Also, by conducting fundamental researches as well as basic and clinical researches and promoting individual and group knowledge of anatomical sciences, promote the application and integration with clinical disciplines.
The research programs conducted in this course are multidisciplinary and cover studies from a single gene to the structure of the entire human body. Graduate students of in this program focus on a variety of different issues in their research. The salient areas of their research are stem cells, neuroscience, and reproductive biology.
