THE CONDITIONS FOR THE SUMMER SEMESTER 2025 MEDICAL STUDENTS' TRANSFER

Conditions for introduction in case of in-person classes

1- The student has previously taken the course and failed.
2- The student must be eligible to take the Comprehensive Basic Sciences Exam in September or March 2025 with the courses they have taken. (Educational approval is mandatory)
3-The courses taken must align with the educational curriculum. (Theory and practical)
4- The course is offered only for the medical field.
5- Students who have educational issues such as extended study periods are not included in clause one.
6- If the conditions of number 1-5 are met, the approval of the relevant educational group for the in-person summer term is mandatory.
7- The consequences of not aligning the courses taken in the summer term are the responsibility of the student.

Conditions for introduction in case of online classes

1- One course or a maximum of two courses in the summer term at another university should not be offered in person.
2- The student has previously taken the course and failed.
3- The course does not have a practical unit.
4- The student must be eligible to take the comprehensive basic sciences exam in September or March 2025 with the courses taken. (Educational approval is mandatory)
5- The courses taken must align with the educational curriculum.
6- The course is offered only for the medical field.
7- Students who have educational issues such as extended study periods are not included in clause two.
8- Kerman Medical School does not accept responsibility for holding part of the classes and exams of Smart University courses.
9- If condition number 1-8 is met, the approval of the relevant educational group for the virtual summer semester is mandatory.
10- The consequences of not aligning the courses taken in the summer term are the responsibility of the student.
